1. Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Hibernate

4. Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ensure performance optimization
5. Collaborate with front-end developers, testers, and DevOps for end-to-end delivery
6. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging
