Role & responsibilities
Design develop scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture
Build and integrate RESTful APIs eventdriven systems Kafka and cloudnative solutions
Leverage AI tools Copilot GenAI code assistants to accelerate development testing and debugging
Implement AIassisted code generation refactoring and optimization practices
Collaborate with DevOps for CICD containerization and cloud deployment
Ensure highquality secure and performant backend solutions
Participate in modernization initiatives legacy cloudnative AIenabled systems
MustHave Skills
Strong experience in
Java 8 and Spring Boot
Microservices REST APIs
SQL NoSQL databases
Git Maven CICD pipelines
Handson exposure to
Kafka event streaming
Docker Kubernetes
AI Skills Mandatory
Experience using AI coding assistants GitHub Copilot ChatGPT etc
Understanding of LLMs prompt engineering basics
Exposure to AIdriven development workflows

Experience with AIML integration in backend systems
Knowledge of RAG APIs with AI services or AI agent frameworks
Banking Financial domain exposure Liquidity ALM preferred
Exposure to cloud platforms AWS Azure
