Understand business requirements as per BRD
Estimate the project timelines
Delivery of product to clients on time
Writing quality code to make the product bug free
Following up processes related to development and AGILE methodology
Following coding standard practices
Code review of your subordinates
Test code on local machine and certify before deploying on test environment based on test case prepared by PM
Communicating effectively with the various departments
Analysis and RD to resolve the issues to minimize dependencies on others
Provide training technical guidance to subordinates
To make the product up-to-date by gathering latest technical skills proactively
