MCA, BCA
REQUIRED SKILLS
Candidate must have good communication skills
He must have good problem solving skills.
Must know about database skills (oracle ,Mysql, etc)
Perform frameworks(struts ,hibernate ,spring , JUnit , Jface )
Must have a knowledge of UML, html ,xml, Javascript
Candidate must have working knowledge of Linux.(not necessary in some cases)
C/c++ for native function calls.
Should have ability to work for long hours
Candidate must have knowledge about code optimization techniques.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Candidate should take part in software and architectural development activities.
2) Transform requirements into stipulations.
3) Develop and design software based prototypes.
4) He should take part in testing of prototypes.
5) Should be updated with the software and be proactive.
6) Should be flexible to learn new programs and script languages.
7) Should show good levels of enthusiasm and interest in all computer related things.
