About the Role
We are seeking a Java Full Stack Lead with 7+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications within the Commercial Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend and frontend development with hands-on experience building secure, high-performing solutions across lending, payments, treasury services, customer onboarding, trade finance, risk management, and digital banking platforms. The role includes providing technical leadership, driving engineering best practices, addressing security vulnerabilities, and ensuring application scalability, reliability, and performance. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end banking solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React
- Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for high performance, scalability, and security
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React and integrate them with backend services
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Ensure application performance tuning, code optimization, and adherence to secure coding standards
- Participate in system design discussions, technical estimations, and sprint planning activities
- Implement unit testing and support automated testing practices within CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues across full stack components
- Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation including design, development, and deployment artifacts
