Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications
• Build and enhance microservices using Spring Boot
• Develop and integrate event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
• Solve complex problems using strong DSA and algorithmic thinking
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices
• Work closely with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8+)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong DSA fundamentals
• Experience with RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of microservices architecture
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

• Experience in financial services or investment banking domain
• Exposure to system design and low-latency systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
