Job Specification:

Experience of 1 - 2 years in Core Java and any one other programming language

(JAVA, .NET, Python, C++) where Java is mandatory

Proficient in at least one SQL database (eg MySQL/Mongo DB/Oracle/ PostgreSQL etc). Hands-on experience in IDAM and webhooks

Good communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking to drive efficient solutions

BCA/MCA/ BSC IT /BSc CS/B Tech/BE Graduates will be considered

Java certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Summary :

IDAM L1 engineer will be responsible for resolving issues related to password resets, account

unlocks, and guiding users on how to set up MFA. (Script-driven). The engineer will handle

high-volume, low-complexity issues that can be resolved quickly using Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs). Notify security teams if a sudden spike in account lockouts is observed

(which could indicate a brute-force attack). Key responsibilities :

Monitor Cymmetri IDAM dashboards and health alerts. Handle basic user requests: Password resets, account unlocks, and MFA token resets. Execute standard provisioning/de-provisioning tasks based on approved SOPs. Triaging tickets and routing complex issues to L2. First-call resolution for common login issues.
