JAVA Backend Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale Java-based microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, performance, security and reliability of the system by implementing robust testing strategies.
• Lead junior engineers in code reviews, mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements :

• 7-11 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of multithreading concepts and ability to design scalable applications.
• Proficiency in working with Kafka messaging systems for building real-time data pipelines.
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g. MySQL) for storing structured data.
