Java Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, and distributed systems . The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in OOPs, Data Structures , and hands-on experience with Kafka, APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and consume RESTful APIs following best practices
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following OOP principles
• Optimize application performance using strong data structures and algorithms
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA)
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of OOPs concepts and Design Patterns
• Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions)
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization

Experience Level

• 5-8 years of experience in Java backend development.
