Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team for a project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with expertise in Spring Boot, SQL, and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. Experience in the banking domain is mandatory. The candidate should also possess strong programming skills and be ready to join immediately or within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.Design, implement, and optimize database solutions using SQL.Apply OOP principles to create robust and maintainable code.Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:Minimum 3.5 years of experience as a Java Backend Developer.Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and OOP concepts.Strong programming skills with a solid understanding of software development principles.Mandatory experience in the banking domain.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
