We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Microservices architecture and Apache Kafka. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems, integrating real-time data pipelines, and ensuring system reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement Microservices architecture for scalable and modular applications.
• Integrate and manage Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven systems.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure secure, efficient communication between services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices design and implementation.
• Solid understanding of Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, offsets).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API security.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and messaging patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
