Java Back End Developer

Designation/Role: Java Developer

Experience- 6+ years

Location - (Pune - Hybrid)

Required Skills & Experience:

• Core Skills: Java (latest versions) experience with migrating legacy systems to the cloud, micro services, SpringBoot, OCP, SQL (Postgres)
• Additional Expertise: Event streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ), Cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS), Spring Framework, performance and integration testing experience.
• Preferred Attributes: SRE mindset, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a proactive approach to innovation and best practices

Qualifications:

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skill.
