Job Title: Senior Java Backend Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to develop scalable, high-performance backend systems. The role involves hands-on coding, system design, and delivering robust enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and J2EE technologies.
• Build scalable and resilient systems using Microservices architecture.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services.
• Apply strong OOPS concepts, design patterns, and clean coding practices in development.
• Work on multithreading and concurrency to optimize application performance.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture decisions, and scalability planning.
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and follow Agile methodologies.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Core Java and J2EE development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Solid experience in building REST APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of OOPS, design patterns, and data structures.
• Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java.
• Experience in system design and scalable application development.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (basic), and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of performance tuning and monitoring tools
