- Backend: REST APIs, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate
- Database: MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle, SQL
- Security: OAuth, JWT, API Authentication
- DevOps: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD
- Good to Have: AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ
- AI: AI/ML, LLM integration, Azure OpenAI/Azure AI
- Domain: FinTech/BFSI preferred
- Key: Scalable systems, performance tuning, production support, RCA
