Job Title: Senior Java AWS Developer
Experience: 6-9 years

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong AWS expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, along with leadership exposure in driving end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.
• Architect and oversee application design, system integration, and deployment strategies.
• Define and contribute to technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and continuous guidance to engineering teams.
• Build and deploy cloud-based Java applications leveraging AWS best practices.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of strong experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Proven expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement secure, high-performance applications.
• Hands on with AWS serverless stack like Lambda (with Java), Eventbridge, Api Gateway, CDK, SQS, SNS, Step functions and GitHub Actions.
