Technical Skills Required -

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs
• Proven experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems design
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and SaaS architectures
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
• Familiarity with ITOM/ITSM concepts (incident management, monitoring, APM)
• Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Expertise in performance tuning, scalability, and system reliability
• Experience with observability tools (logs, metrics, tracing ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

Role & responsibilities

• Define and implement backend architecture for ITOM platforms using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
• Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems supporting real-time monitoring, automation, and observability
• Architect and develop APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed services for IT operations use cases
• Drive implementation of AI/ML and GenAI-driven capabilities for predictive analytics, incident automation, and intelligent operations
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and reliability of large-scale enterprise systems
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Engineering teams on end-to-end system design and integration
• Lead code quality, architecture governance, and best practices across development teams
• Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployment
• Support integration with ITSM tools, monitoring systems, and multi-cloud environments
