Java Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience and a strong background in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Java solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of pure experience in Java architecture and should be comfortable working in client-facing environments.

This role is based in Chennai only.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and technical solutioning for Java-based enterprise applications.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architecture using modern Java technologies.
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and guide implementation of microservices-based and REST API-driven systems.
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Support development teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Oversee application integration, performance optimization, and production readiness.
• Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline maintenance and enhancement.
• Drive technical reviews, architecture governance, and solution documentation.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall experience in software development and engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of pure experience in Java Architecture.
• Should have performed the role of Java Architect for at least 1 to 3 years within the overall experience.
• Client-facing experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
