Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE technologiesDefine system architecture, technology stack, and application frameworksProvide technical leadership and mentorship to Java development teamsCollaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsEnsure adherence to best practices in architecture, coding standards, performance, security, and scalabilityReview solution designs and conduct code/design reviewsLead application modernization initiatives including microservices and cloud-native architecturesIdentify and resolve complex technical issues and architectural bottlenecksContinuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Additional Responsibilities:
Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designsHands-on experience in Service Oriented ArchitectureAbility to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutionsExperience in designing high level and low level documents is a plusGood understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisiteAwareness of latest technologies and trendsLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring BootExpertise in RESTful APIs, Microservices architectureSolid understanding of Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworksExperience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP any one preferred)Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and OOP conceptsExperience with CI/CD tools, version control systems (Git), and DevOps practices
