- Drive performance optimization, caching (Redis), and database design
- Ensure TDD, code quality, and best practices
- Mentor teams and provide technical leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders and align solutions with business goals
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in large-scale enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- 10+ years in Java backend development
- Expert in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
- Strong experience in microservices architecture
- Hands-on with Oracle, MongoDB, Hibernate, JPA
- Expertise in Redis and performance tuning
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, API Gateway, security (OAuth2, JWT)
