Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java (backend) and React.js (frontend) to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing end-to-end solutions, working across both client-side and server-side technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using modern React practices
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java
• Integrate front-end components with backend services
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues across the stack
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in full stack development (Java + React preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
• Experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Expertise in React Hooks, functional components, and state management (Redux/Context API)
• Experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of Spring Security, JWT, OAuth
• Familiarity with Next.js or SSR frameworks
• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Exposure to microservices architecture
