Ivanti System Admin
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in Ivanti administration or IT service management are a plus
Proven experience as an Ivanti Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Ivanti Neurons, including Endpoint Manager and Service Manager
Solid knowledge of Ivanti administration, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques
Experience in implementing and managing Ivanti patch management processes
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and client devices
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to enhance Ivanti functionality
Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) concepts and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
