The Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience working on at least two ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business requirements and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customise ServiceNow applications across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, and Service Portal
Configure and manage core platform capabilities including Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB / CSDM / Now Assist
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Design workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow solutions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements

Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience in at least two ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, Portal)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core capabilities including Service Catalog, Knowledge Base, SLAs, and CMDB / CSDM
Experience in scripting and customisation within the ServiceNow platform
Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and integration patterns
Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
