Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on development experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Event Management)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with integrations and monitoring tools
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Discovery / Service Mapping
- Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM
- Experience in Agile environments
