Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Role & responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for IT positions such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Frontend/Backend Developer, DevOps Engineer, etc.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine.com, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
