Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure
Monitor and manage Windows Server environments
Administer LAN, WAN, firewall, router, and switch configurations
Ensure network security and data protection compliance
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Support ERP systems and internal business applications
Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
Coordinate with vendors for IT services and AMC support
Monitor system performance and prevent downtime
Implement cybersecurity best practices

Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Firewall and router configuration experience
Hardware troubleshooting skills
Backup and disaster recovery knowledge
Basic database and ERP support experience
Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security tools
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Good communication and team coordination skills
