Job Summary Responsibilities

• Ensure Configuration of Critical development & Production servers & Regularly audits systems/services and equipment to ensure that optimum functionality is being provided.
• Provides remote trouble shooting of systems for employees/customers.
• Systems are installed to meet set deadlines.
• Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning securely.
• Apply security patches to infrastructure and endpoints.
• Monitor network and server logs for anomalies.
• Backup critical systems and verify restore processes.
