IT Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving technical problems related to computer systems, software, and other equipment.

Job Qualification

The ideal candidate will have a diploma in CSE/IT, a B.Sc. in IT, a BCA, or an MCA, or 3 4 years of relevant experience in the IT domain.

Duties and responsibilities:

• To provide technical assistance with computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, servers, and existing or new applications.

• To conduct regular system health checks to ensure smooth operations.

• To maintain accurate records of IT assets in the organisation using Excel sheets.

• To resolve the tickets raised by employees in a timely manner.

• Setting up accounts for new users.

• To keep a log and track bugs to improve system performance.

• To understand, implement, create, and maintain solutions and processes for online databases, CRM, and other management portals like HRMS, accounting, and calling software.

• To stay updated with the latest advancements in technology management to provide proactive support.

Requirements and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.

• Sound knowledge of VPN and fileserver/FTP servers.

• excellent troubleshooting skills related to hardware, software, and servers

• 3-4 years of working experience in IT support
