Roles and Responsibility

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and other electronic devices.

• Assist in setting up new employee accounts and providing training on using school's technology infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of computer operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
