About the Role


AerX Labs India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and office IT systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and workstations. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and office applications.
  • Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network-related issues.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, and wireless access points. Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV/IP cameras, biometric devices, and access control systems.
  • Support printers, scanners, conference room equipment, and other office peripherals.
  • Configure email accounts, user accounts, passwords, and shared network resources.
  • Perform software installations, system updates, antivirus management, and routine maintenance.
  • Maintain IT asset records and coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty support.
  • Set up systems and IT equipment for new employees.
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT issues while providing excellent user support.

Qualifications


  • Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Computer Science/IT preferred but not mandatory).
  • Candidates with relevant hands-on IT support experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills


  • Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and Windows operating systems.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Internet).
  • Experience with routers, switches, printers, and other IT peripherals. Basic knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras and biometric devices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email configuration.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
