Job Description
IT Support Engineer will provide effective IT Engineering Services assistance across all aspects of the organization and will provide operational and maintenance support to the IT Manager. The IT Support Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the servers of DELL/CISCO/HP and Desktop operating systems like Microsoft/Linux and general maintenance of all voice Network hardware/software for EPABX/Tele conference Systems/Attendance Monitoring Systems, PA Systems, LAN-WAN link maintenance. Manage and monitor systems and network infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain OS, enterprise software, and system tools.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including PCs, printers, servers, and networks.
Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and antivirus platforms.
Manage LAN-WAN connectivity, DHCP, DNS, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, etc.
Support asset and inventory management.
Provide support for virtualization tools (VMware, VirtualBox).
Assist in maintaining both Windows and Mac systems.
Manage and monitor systems and network infrastructure.
