Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support & Cyber Security Specialist to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring robust cybersecurity practices across the business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Office 365 Administration, User Management, Endpoint Security, Network Support, and Cybersecurity Operations. The role involves providing technical support, maintaining system availability, and proactively safeguarding organizational assets against phishing attacks, vulnerabilities, malware, and emerging cyber threats.


Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & User Support

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and policies through Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and enterprise software.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access control.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability of IT services.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, software licensing, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees.

Cyber Security Operations

  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and security controls.
  • Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, threats, and security alerts.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
  • Protect systems against phishing attacks, ransomware, malware, and other cyber threats.
  • Manage endpoint security solutions, antivirus, EDR/XDR, and firewall configurations.
  • Monitor security logs and investigate suspicious activities.
  • Ensure regular patch management and security updates across all systems.
  • Support data protection initiatives, backup management, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Assist in conducting security awareness and phishing simulation programs for employees.
  • Maintain compliance with information security standards and best practices.

Network & Systems Administration

  • Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and network security infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, access, and performance issues.
  • Manage user access controls using least-privilege principles.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT and security-related issues.
  • Document IT processes, configurations, incident reports, and security procedures.
