IT Security - Proxy Support

Job Title: IT Security - Proxy Support.

Designation: AVP or Senior Manager.

Reporting to: Lead IT Security - Operation.

Job Description: Manage monitor day-to-day operations, administration and end-to-end management related to Cloud proxy solution. Identify analyse pain areas in existing operations, architecture, implementation, recommend implement improvements. Review of policy, configuration exclusions of security solutions deployed at client location closure of gaps in timely manner. Responsible to ensure closure of user tickets, and SOC tickets adequately in timely manner. Manage, troubleshoot resolve any security incident. Ensure timely closure of Audit compliance findings with evidence. Ensure relevant processes are followed for change, incident daily operations. Ensure maintain up-to-date documentation - SOPs, Architecture etc. Ensure optimum security, availability, performance, and capacity of security solutions under management. Maintain the compliance reports and dashboard as and when required. Perform the technical evaluation and submit required plan for any upgrades/update, migrations, and feature enablement. Publish the relevant MIS, dashboards, and status updates to all stake holders. Candidate should be ready to work on upcoming technologies, assigned new assignments.

Qualification / Experience: Graduate from Recognized University. Candidate with relevant professional certifications in IT Security will be preferred. Min 8+ years of overall experience in IT Security, with 4-5+ years in Proxy Domain.

Key Skills: Should have sound knowledge understanding of Proxy, policy configuration, fine tuning Cloud Proxy solution. Should have sound knowledge understanding of security operations, IT Infrastructure, and various security technologies. Hands-on experience on Zscaler Cloud Proxy preferred. Ability to resolve issues pertaining to security solutions implemented at client locations. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability.
