Experence on
- Minimum of 5 years work experience with at least 2 years as an inside sales team lead/manager for SAP
- Proven multi-year track record of successfully leading teams
- Experience with formal sales management process
- Energetic, upbeat, tenacious individual that knows how to create and maintain winning team dynamics
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
- Proven selling skills / relationship building skills.
- International Market exposure a must, US exposure preferred(Not Mandatory).
- Graduate degree or MBA.
