oCode Technologies is seeking an optimistic, proactive, and talented individual to join our team in Mohali as an IT Recruiter. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and knowledge of IT recruitment, eager to grow rapidly within the company. Experience in IT recruitment and HR management is highly valued.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Understand the functions and recruitment standards for various departmental roles.
Gather monthly recruitment needs from each department.
Expand recruitment channels, publish job postings, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and meet recruitment targets.
Manage HR processes, including employee exit interviews and separation procedures.
Oversee attendance management.
Generate daily HR reports.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Proficiency in IT recruitment and HR practices.
Knowledgeable about internet and computer usage.
Master s degree in HR or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or HR; freshers are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
Empathy and patience in handling recruitment processes.
