Job Description

We are hiring Female IT Recruiters with experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring. If you have strong sourcing skills and are passionate about recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT and C2H requirements.
• Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
• Achieve hiring targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 18 years in Domestic IT Recruitment and/or Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, and Boolean Search.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Must have a laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
• Salary: 10,000 20,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
• Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
