Proven experience hiring for IT roles such as:

• Should be having deep knowledge experience in Niche IT SKILLS, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Developer, Java, C++, Dot Net, Devops, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring models, and interview processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals, Naukri and Boolean search.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Good Closure in C2H Hiring per month with maximum package

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for GCC requirements across multiple skill sets.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates for technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Drive hiring for niche and high-demand technical skills within tight timelines.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for ongoing GCC needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage offer negotiations, closures, and pre-boarding activities.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
