IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job specifications.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and HR assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
• Maintain candidate information in ATS systems and ensure process compliance.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor hiring.

Required Skills

• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS tools, Boolean Search, and X-ray Search.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

NOTE: Prior experience working in a GCC (Global Capability Center) environment will be an added advantage
