Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for Temenos-based core banking systems
- Align roadmap with business priorities across: Retail Banking | Corporate Banking | Private/Wealth Banking
- Own and manage the product backlog (epics, features, user stories)
- Write detailed functional user stories with acceptance criteria aligned to T24 processes
- Business value | Regulatory deadlines | System dependencies Prioritize backlog based on:Ensure product features align with:Core banking modules (Accounts, Lending, Payments, Limits)Product configurations within Temenos T24Validate impacts across: Customer lifecycle | Transaction processing | Accounting and reportingPayments (SEPA, SWIFT, Instant Payments)Digital channels (Web/Mobile Banking)Regulatory and reporting systems
- Work closely with Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) for sprint execution
- Balance business value, regulatory requirements, and technical feasibility
- Act as the single point of contact between business, IT, and vendors

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Banking IT / Product Management / Product Owner roles Strong hands-on understanding of Temenos T24 (Transact & ecosystem)
- Proven experience working with key T24 modules:
- AA (Arrangement Architecture)
- LD (Lending)
- FT (Funds Transfer / Payments)
- Deposits / Accounts
- Solid understanding of product configuration, customization, and lifecycle management within T24 Ability to translate business requirements into T24 functional designs and configurations
- Extensive experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong capabilities in:
- Product backlog management and prioritization
- User story creation with clear acceptance criteria
- Grooming backlogs in collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams
- Experience working closely with engineering, testing, and architecture teams to deliver product increments
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager certification
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Experience working in large-scale core banking transformation programs
- Prior exposure to multi-country or multi-entity banking implementations
