IT Procurement Lead

The opportunity IT Procurement: Lead - Renewal Procurements and Office Infra for NPCI group.

• Lead the renewal and office infra sourcing team
• Drive contract renewals and ensure the renewal before expiry
• Drive office infra procurements and ensure the delivery on time to minimize the business impact
• Lead commercial evaluation and ensure appropriate price benchmarking subsequent approval processes
• Closely coordinate for pre-PO audit closure wherever applicable
• Closely coordinate for legal closure including MSAs wherever applicable
• Compliance with IT Procurement policies and guidelines

Requirements

• 6 + Years of experience in IT equipment and services procurement.
• Leading handling team, creating procurement strategy for Renewals and Office Infra procurement
• Experience on commercial negotiation and contracting process.
• Stakeholder management, handling escalations
• Experience in similar industry involving regulatory audits and compliance documentation
