We are hiring IT PMO for our BFSI client in Mumbai.

Please find the details below;

Project Governance 1. Maintain and update the project management framework and disciplines necessary to support a PMO 2. Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. Driving adoption of the defined processes and reporting inconsistencies that need to be worked upon. 3. Defining/updating the project metrics with an overall improving IT delivery efficiency. Metric monitoring and identifying improvement areas along with action plan 4. Driving automation through set up of a PMO tool for effective project data collection & generating of key insights

Resource & Demand

Management 1. Establish a tracking & monitoring mechanism to capture resourcing bandwidth across teams 2. Define appropriate metrics to be derived from the tracking and highlight areas of improvement & deterioration 3. Support in demand management & resource planning 4. Create resourcing dashboards to predict the resourcing gaps

Agile PMO 1. Be a focal point for imparting training and knowledge on Agile (Scrum) methodology 2. Ability to drive project execution using Agile (Scrum) methodology 3. Establish a framework which is can be easily adopted & taken up for execution 4. Able to demonstrate benefit areas arising from agile methodology implementation
