It Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee software asset management, including licensing, inventory tracking, and disposal procedures.
• Coordinate hardware asset management activities such as procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders on ITSM initiatives and their impact on business operations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in IT Operations Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices for service delivery management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITOM tools for incident management, problem resolution, change control etc.
