About the Role

Quanticus is looking for an experienced IT Operations Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, end-user support, system administration, IT security, and vendor management.

*The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing IT operations in an SME environment and be capable of ensuring seamless business continuity through efficient technology management*

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations

• Manage day-to-day IT operations across the organization.
• Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, systems, and business applications.
• Monitor servers, networks, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
• Maintain IT inventory, asset lifecycle, and AMC records.

Infrastructure & Network Management

• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall, and network security.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements.

User Support

• Lead IT helpdesk activities and resolve user issues within defined SLAs.
• Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning laptops, email IDs, software, and user access.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, email administration, and endpoint security.

Information Security

• Ensure implementation of IT security policies and data protection measures.
• Manage antivirus solutions, backups, disaster recovery, and access controls.
• Conduct periodic system health checks and security audits.

Vendor & Asset Management

• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Track IT assets, licenses, warranties, and software renewals.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements.

Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain IT SOPs, documentation, and operational processes.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve IT efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 45 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or System Administration.
• Experience managing IT operations in an SME environment is mandatory.
