IT Manager

 

 

Experience & Skills required:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and network security.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Experience managing ERP, HRMS, or other enterprise business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in vendor management and IT budgeting.
• Proficiency in ITIL-based service management processes is preferred.

 

Qualification: Any Graduate (Related Certificate)

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Operations

• Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and end-user computing.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software.
• Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure-related issues proactively.

IT Support & Service Management

• Lead the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of user issues within defined SLAs.
• Manage the IT helpdesk and establish best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide technical guidance and support to business users across locations.

Information Security

• Implement and maintain IT security policies, access controls, antivirus, firewalls, endpoint security, and data protection measures.
• Monitor cybersecurity risks and coordinate vulnerability assessments and security audits.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.

 

 

 

Applications & Business Systems

• Manage ERP, HRMS, CRM, email systems, collaboration tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for implementation, support, upgrades, and issue resolution.
• Support digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Vendor & Asset Management

• Manage IT vendors, software licensing, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and service agreements.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and lifecycle management of IT assets.
• Optimize IT costs while maintaining service quality.

Project Management

• Plan and execute IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and technology rollouts.
• Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and status reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Compliance & Documentation

• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity procedures.
• Ensure regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, applications, licenses, and configurations.
