IT Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers (Windows Server), Active Directory, DNS server, DHCP server, ERP systems, VPN server.
• Provide technical support to end-users on Microsoft-related issues.
• Ensure seamless integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems using problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements :

• 6-11 years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of active directory support and DNS configuration.
• Proficiency in managing multiple operating systems (OS) including Windows Server.
