Job Title: IT Manager - Hotels Restaurants

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage the overall IT operations for hotels and restaurant outlets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, POS systems, networks, hardware, software, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain hotel and restaurant IT systems
• Handle POS systems, billing software, and backend support
• Monitor network, internet, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and server operations
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and AMC
• Troubleshoot system, hardware, and software issues promptly
• Ensure smooth functioning of computers, printers, attendance systems, and devices
• Manage data backup, security, and user access controls
• Support outlet operations during technical breakdowns
• Maintain IT inventory and asset records
• Provide technical support and training to staff when required
• Coordinate installation and setup for new outlets or systems
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards

Qualification:

• Bachelor s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT operations within Hotels, Restaurants, or Hospitality industry preferred

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of POS systems, networking, servers, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and hardware troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of software licensing and data security
• Experience in hospitality software and ERP systems preferred

Salary:

• Salary Range: 50,000 - 60,000 per month (based on experience and expertise) .
