Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing and supporting the companys IT systems across 20 branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT support and administration.
• Provide system and desktop support to all branches.
• Manage computers, laptops, printers, software, and IT assets.
• Monitor network, internet, and system issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
• Support ERP and other business applications.
• Manage user access, basic IT security, and data backup.
• Maintain IT records and ensure smooth IT operations across all locations.
• Guide branch users and resolve their IT-related issues.
