IT Manager

• We are looking for a Hospital IT Manager to oversee the information technology operations within a healthcare facility.
• The Hospital IT Manager is responsible for ensuring that all computer systems, networks, and software applications are functioning optimally to support clinical and administrative operations.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations within the hospital
• Manage and mentor IT staff and support teams
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Plan and implement system upgrades and new technologies
• Monitor network and system security
• Coordinate disaster recovery and data backup processes
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships
• Provide technical support to hospital staff
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
• 2+ years of IT management experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of hospital information systems and EHRs
• Experience with network management
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management
