It Manager

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT manager to oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software, hardware, and network systems. The ideal candidate should be experienced in diagnosing technical issues, maintaining office IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

System Installation & Maintenance:

• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and network systems.
• Perform regular system updates and software installations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of installed PCs, networks, and peripherals.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software errors.
• Perform system recovery and troubleshoot issues related to iCloud and other cloud services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop/laptop OS-related issues.
• Identify and resolve technical problems with applications or network systems.
• Run diagnostics, document problems, and implement resolutions.

Security & Configuration:

• Install and configure MS Office, Outlook Express, and other necessary applications.
• Ensure the installation and updating of antivirus software, as well as virus removal.
• Configure printers, data cards, scanners, and other peripherals.

Networking & Inventory Management:

• Handle network cabling, crimping, and punching for office infrastructure.
• Maintain an updated inventory of all office IT assets.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of system recovery, cloud storage (iCloud), and troubleshooting techniques.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining software, hardware, and network systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, Outlook Express, and antivirus management.
• Experience in printer, scanner, and network device configuration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills in inventory management.
