It Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the organizations IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cybersecurity, hardware, software, ERP/HRMS applications, and overall IT support to ensure smooth and secure business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure smooth functioning of computers, laptops, printers, biometric systems, CCTV, access control, and other IT equipment.
• Manage ERP, HRMS, email systems, and other business applications.
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Monitor IT security, antivirus, firewalls, backups, access controls, and data protection.
• Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, licenses, and service providers.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper allocation and tracking of IT equipment.
• Implement regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand IT requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email IDs, and system access.
• Ensure timely installation, configuration, and updating of software and operating systems.
• Prepare IT budgets and monitor IT-related expenses.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
• Support new office/plant setup, including network, systems, CCTV, biometric, and communication infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and information-security requirements.
