About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager Hardware & Networking to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware assets, and network operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT support, maintaining network security, managing a team of IT professionals, and driving efficient IT operations across the campus and Office.

Specifically, this role will involve

Managing end-to-end IT infrastructure, hardware, and network operations across the organization.
Leading and mentoring the IT support team while ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Supervising the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, servers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, & other IT assets.
Managing LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
Monitoring network performance and ensuring high system availability with minimal downtime.
Planning and executing preventive maintenance of hardware and network infrastructure.
Managing IT asset inventory, procurement, vendor coordination, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Ensuring data security, backup management, access control, and compliance with IT policies.
Troubleshooting complex hardware and networking issues while providing technical guidance to the team.
Coordinating IT support for academic, administrative, and business operations.
Preparing IT documentation, reports, and infrastructure improvement plans.

Ideal candidate will have

Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science/IT preferred).
58 years of experience in Hardware & Networking.
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Routing & Switching.
Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, hardware troubleshooting, servers, and enterprise networking.
Experience with IT asset management, vendor management, and procurement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Active, proactive, and extroverted personality.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
